Cross-References from PDB to ProNIT

The following table shows the correspondence between the database entries of PDB and ProNIT entries. The table contains links for PDB entries in which percentage of sequence identity with corresponding ProNIT protein sequence is higher than 95%. This table can be used to create pointers from these database entries to ProNIT.

1. PDB to ProNIT [100%] Download zip file(updated 27-July 2010)
2. PDB to ProNIT [95% and higher] Download zip file(updated 27-July 2010)
3. PIR to ProNIT Download zip file(updated 27-July 2010)
4. SWISSPROT to ProNIT Download zip file(updated 27-July 2010)

  • Direct linking from PDB to ProNIT entries:

  • You can link from structural information to corresponding ProNIT entries by using URL:
    http://gibk26.bse.kyutech.ac.jp/cgi-bin/jouhou/pronit/new/pronit_pdburl.pl?ENTRY=****
where **** corresponds to 4-letter PDB ID. You can also specify multiple PDB IDs separated by comma. Once this information is sent to ProNIT, the program automatically finds homologues of the structure (95% identity and higher), and display the list of corresponding ProNIT entries with some essential information.
