Overview
Protein-Nucleic Acid Complex Database is a database
containing structural data of protein-nucleic acid complex. These data
are classified according to recognition motif of proteins and DNA forms
involved in the complex. The search interface enables users to search
the database by keywords, recognition motif, DNA form, etc., and the
search results are directly linked to 3DinSight,
where 3D structures with motif sites and mutation sites can be viewed
by 3D viewers such as RasMol and VRML. Also, illustrative images of
the complex structures can be seen immediately. This interface also
enables users to examine sequence-dependent conformational parameters
and flexibility of DNA as tables and graphs.
